OSHA violations and building code violations. DO NOT LOOK AT THESE PROPERTIES. Baker will not answer or assist in their poor workmanship. Do not pay for over priced improper craftsmanship!!
No. Stay away. Terrible. Run as far as you can or you’ll end up with the many defects as we have. Sales center sucks, construction is mediocre and defects are plentiful and responsibilities are never addressed.Overpriced shotty product and customer handling.Service: New home construction
Great company! My wife and I are very happy with the house they built for us. Building is stressful but with their organizational skills, top notch customer service, and construction knowledge they made it a great experience. Their will be issues with any build but Baker is right on top of fixing things very quickly!
