I hope I adequately describe how extremely happy we are with the treatment we received, upon hiring "Adrian Locksmith". From the initial phone call, the setting up of our appointment, to the actual installation of new deadbolt locks on all 3 of our exterior doors, things truly couldn't have gone any smoother. Our technician Nick showed up on time, and after a short talk, got right to work! He skillfully tackled the installations, even laying down a drop cloth to cut down on what little mess he made. Very pleasant and efficient. Opened my locked safe and only charged $5. Could have charge more by having me buy a key but he didn't. Definitely a place to go for keys or unlocking anything.

I was in today and was helped by a young lady that showed exceptional customer service. She was able to help me when another store couldn't. I will most definitely be returning!
