I've been going to Bill, for over 40 years, first, when he was cutting hair in Portland and later when he opened a shop in Yarmouth, I continue to visit him even though I live in Scarborough, the reasons are. . His experience in styling, his demeanor and his reasonable pricing is why make the trip. I guess I'll be in trouble when he retires some day.
