I highly recommend this Service Master team out of Auburn and Falmouth. I had graffiti damage to a condo unit I manage in Portland. Steve and his team were there the next morning to assist with remediation and removal. The wall looks great, and I will be using this team at the site in the future. Keep up the great work. ServiceMaster is one of those companies that does a great job of staying top of mind. And they're one of those companies that you don't need them until you do. When I did, they were the first call I made... at 1:30AM on a cold, night during a heavy snowstorm. We had a heating pipe burst in my office building and had 2" of water all over my floor. 10 minutes later one of the owners called me! They were at my office a few hours later and took care of everything!! They are a first-class company that I would recommend to ANYONE.

Don’t make the same mistake we did!! Go with Robert at octagon , true professionals who follow and are qualified in iicrc who can and actually proves their qualifications. I guarantee you won’t regret it. I guarantee you’ll regret going with a company that’s as disqualified as this one is. Service master caused black mold to form and grow due to their negligence and insisted on purchasing furniture from an elder during a traumatic time. Highly recommend going elsewhere, octagon will cover you better than this shady company can ;-) i wish someone had warned us !! Glad i can warn others.
