The service over the phone from Arnold was exceptional, as I was calling from out of state. I specifically requested all bright colors and NO pale pink. When my friend sent the picture, I was disappointed to see almost half of it was pale pink and white. Given the cost (which did not include a very high delivery fee), I expected better or a slightly larger bouquet. However, this is the second time recently I have been disappointed by the size and quality of a bouquet that I sent (other delivery was from another florist in Bangor). We are from out of town and recently got married in Bar Harbor.
