I recently had a 14kw standby generator installed by Ideal Electric. The work crew consisted of Rick (owner of the company) and Trace. I could not be happier with the service that I received. A five star rating doesn’t do it justice. I would give 10 if I could!! While tying into the main panel Rick noticed that the panel needed quite a bit of attention so he basically re-wired the entire panel. He also noticed that my sub-panel was in worse condition than my main panel and noticed that I had a new panel staged that I had planned on installing in the near future. I called Ideal Electric on a Monday because I had a major issue with the outside electric box giving me power to my home was bad, (CMP was going to shut my power off if I did not get it fixed in one week) Ideal Electric was out to my house that afternoon and had the problem fixed two days later. Rick went above and beyond to help me out and I cant thank him enough. Richard, owner, was patient and listened to our electrical issues. Scheduled a site visit 2 days later. Walked through our issues and educated us on the issues. We were much relieved our issues were not the safety concerns we feared. Richard was excellent.
