The entire staff treats all the pets as if they were their own, and they can always get patients in to see someone without having to wait long for an appointment. The vets explain everything in full and answer all questions. They are sympathetic and concerned about the pets and their owners, going to great lengths to provide the best care possible.
I was with them for years, then moved away. Chose a vet close to me. We'll nothing compares to the kind and caring service I get from them. So needless to say I am back with Windsor vet clinic. I will only trust my furbaby children with them!
They are wonderful. They take exotic pets like my rabbit and treat her very well and they have done a lot for my cat Momo who’s had a lot of problems. They’ve gotten her back to be in somewhat normal again. I am grateful for all that they have done they are the best.
Wonderful staff. I can always get in to see someone without having to wait long for an appointment. They explain everything in full, answer all of my questions. My cat unfortunately passed away very unexpectedly at their office. The vet was very sympathetic to us, allowed us time with my Murray. The vet tried everything she could to save Murray and in the process was scratched all over and was more concerned about us than she was about her injuries.
