As a Landlord, I have spent decades buying in-stock big box store counters to save a little money. I just recently was forced to get one from Shad's due to availability and schedule. It was well worth the added cost. The extra durability, overall better quality, and ease of installation have sold me on Shads! It is doubtful I will by another stock countertop off the rack!
