I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful Amanda is. I had a torn rotator cuff and I went to two different physical therapists who were good but not one of them could eliminate my pain. I went to Amanda three times or four times in about two weeks and she was a lifesaver I no longer have pain and she justcared so much and that she worked hard to get me to feel this way. I highly recommend her. She’s by far the best I’ve ever had.
Hands and Soul truly is the place you go to heal. I have been seeing Amanda for massage therapy for years, and she is absolutely incredible. She has magic hands, I swear!! The space is always clean, cozy, and calming, and the staff is always friendly and inviting. I cannot recommend Hands and Soul enough!!💖
The most soothing facial I have ever had. Samantha was sensational. Amy was wonderful with her full body massage. Clean, cozy atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I will make it a point to visit here every time I visit Maine from now on.
