This lovely but extremely overworked man tried his best but ended up doing 150$ in damage to my car while helping with a tow for a flat. The company that contracted him: Agero then would claim no responsibility. I was left 150$ poorer and irritated at Agero. If you ever have car towed video the whole thing, it would have spared me hours on the phone with a escalation person whose mission is to deny claims.
