We had one zone out of four that would not heat. Unfortunately it affected the main part of the home. Pine State Services sent Dillan to our rescue two days before Christmas and Dillan had the failed zone head diagnosed and replaced in less than an hour! I find the rates high but mostly happily pay them. ~3 hours of routine maintenance work for $820 is quite pricey, but i have to stay warm in winter.
