I ordered a Malone part for a client and the client gave me an old address to send the part to. When I told the Malone Customer Service about the problem they spent hours on the phone with the local post office to correct the address. They were super communicative and let me know what was going on in real time. If only every customer service team could be good! Thanks for all your help.
Can I just say the customer service from this company is OUTSTANDING!!! We bought a kayak rack a couple years ago and need two small barrel nuts. I contacted them and within 3 hours they had shipped my replacement parts. Quick response and super friendly and professional!!! Thank you Malone!!
Five stars is not enough to describe my satisfaction and appreciation for this company and the service they provided to me prior to and after my purchase. I bought a Versa Rail System and Sea Wing Kayak Carrier with the Stinger both of which seem to be quality products and were fairly easy to install. Owen (hopefully I spelled their name correctly) answered my MANY calls with patience and confident product knowledge, even returning missed calls when I did not leave a voicemail. Owen deserves 2 or 3 raises for their hard work! Seriously do not hesitate to use this company!
