Hi, I am so happy to deal with Malone Auto Racks.I had a little issue on my fishing Kayak loader over 1 year old. And I had to contact Malone for resolving my little issue. The response of the after service team was prompt and perfect. I really appreciate your professionalism on your product. Without your Kayak loader, I am not able to load my heavy Fishing Kayak top of my large SUV at all.I will keep enjoying your product and I am very sure I will get back to you for purchasing your other products whatever I need in near future. 100+stars not just 5 stars.Thanks again,Ken

Customer Service beyond expectations:I bought a Malone MicroSport trailer 6 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Several months after the warranty expired I noticed one of the U-beams had significant rust which opened a hole in the top of the beam and the hangars for the cross-beams had lost their paint and also were significantly rusted. Since the warranty was expired I sanded the rust off of the beam, patched the hole with epoxy, and put on a layer of Rust-Oleum. One year later after winter, the rust on the beam and hangars had progressed.I called and emailed the Customer Service department at Malone to explain the situation, fully expecting to replace all the rusted...read full review
