Kim was an absolute LIFESAVER. We're from out of town on a trip and my fiance was dealing with a terrible install from another salon and it was extremely uncomfortable for him to the point where we decided to look around for someone to help us during our vacation. Kim was extremely professional and kind and did an amazing job educating us on what the best style and system type would be best for him and was also extremely generous. We felt at such ease with her and she did a fantastic job - you could never tell it wasn't his real hair. We left happy, grateful, and my fiancé feels so much better! Thank you again.
