I just left an absolutely spiritual Reiki session with Mary. I came to this appointment feeling like I needed to be more in touch with my mind, my body, and my needs... In this appointment she targeted my pressure points and lead me through breath work, which was incredibly helpful. She gave me the space to open up and be comfortable talking and FEELING the experiences that I'm currently going through. I felt so safe and that made a world of difference with my energy...
