Things can go wrong and it is how a business handles it that makes the difference. Just before instillation, there was a problem with the stone for my fireplace surround and Blue Rock was EVERYTHING you would want in this situation. Within hours I was working with an in-house designer, looking at several slabs they pulled for my benefit. Ultimately I chose an amazing replacement- which I love much better than the original and they did not charge me extra for this higher quality stone. The detailed attention to matching the veining where the stone connects from wall to floor is highly professional. The end result- the centerpiece of the house. Absolutely stunning!
