It’s pretty rare to find what Rob has going on in his studio. A winning combination of fitness, strength, martial arts, and strong community. Having trained at some great places, including Five Points Academy and Church St Boxing in NYC, and other top schools in San Fran, Miami and Nashville, holder of a black belt my self in another discipline, you can trust my opinion that this is one of the purest most complete schools I’ve ever found.With that said, be prepared to work when you come to this school. Very welcoming environment with experienced teachers. My seven year old son just started and loves the program. The space is clean with lots of padding for safety. Also all the instructors really take the time with the kids and are very patient as they learn the moves. I highly recommend this establishment and can’t wait to watch my son continue to improve and enjoy this sport.
