Regional Home Care, founded in 1982, is a premier independent sleep, respiratory, and oxygen services company in the north eastern United States. Despite serving thousands of patients monthly, they provide personal care and attention to each individual. The company is fully accredited and meets all federal and state requirements. While some offices may have communication issues, others, like Waterville, receive praise for their efficient service. Patients appreciate the informative and helpful staff, who take the time to explain and set up equipment, providing excellent customer service and care.
Jillian was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the different parts to my new machine, but also gave me time to ask questions. She made incorporating this new device into my daily life easy. Now I just have to get used to sleeping with it! :)
We had a wonderful experience today. Our family will all be switching over to Regional Home Care for our sleep apnea needs. Two of us have been with another company and their service, well let's just say there has been NO service. We received many lies and false hopes for months and months, nothing else. Today the young gentleman, Jason, was GREAT!! He was very courteous, very informative and helpful, and his service was excellent!!
