He was knowledgeable and a great problem solver. Turned out I had a mechanical interference problem that was causing more noise than normal squeaking. He fixed it in 10 minutes. Very efficient.

I went out to garage 3 am this morning to leave for work and unfortunately the chain and cables come unraveled. I called at 8 am to see about a timeframe they told me can't guarantee today but they would do their best. 2 pm they arrived and fixed the issue in less than an hour.
