I really appreciate Dr Paradis and his optical team. He has new equipment that allows him to get detailed eye health without needing to dilate my eyes. I drive from the Brunswick area for my eyecare. The opticians help adjust my existing glasses and are no-pressure when it comes to purchasing new ones.

Dr. Paradis is great. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and explains things thoroughly. Unfortunately the front office staff is not great. Over the years they have been varying levels of rude, condescending, and indifferent to both myself and my husband in every single interaction we've had with them. We have just put up with it because we like the doctor but yesterday the front desk woman was downright nasty. Enough is enough. Steer clear of this place or be ready to be treated like a nuisance instead of a customer.
