Customer service is what Access is all about. I have an older car and was having difficulty with the ignition that required it to be replaced. It also required the new key to be programmed for the car. Bill took the time on the phone with me and we arranged to meet at a time that was convenient for me. He has all the latest programming equipment which he pays to continuously have updated to get the job done right. Total professional who treats you with respect.
Bought a car here in Maine, even though I live out of state, since I visit here quite frequently. Owner made me a new key immediately for a great deal and was very professional and kind. I've had to use a locksmith in the past where I'm from, and they weren't half as knowledgeable as he was. Leave a message or text when you need him because he's clearly in high demand!
Very professional knowledgeable, and responsive. I contacted him to get a spare key made for my vw, and he responded back in a timely manner. Was able to get an appointment within a 2 day time. Basically as soon as he was gonna get the key that he had to order. Once I got to my appointment he was very timely at completing my key and making sure it worked in my car. First key wouldn’t do all the functions that it was supposed to so he made a second key in-order to make it right for me, and making sure I got what I paid for. His prices are extremely reasonable.
