Wish we could give Warren and O’Shea Builders 10 stars. They were very responsive and professional. They not only did the repairs in a timely fashion, but also made great suggestions for future repairs.

Warren is the man. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We had a gut job renovation that we started with another contractor; after that contractor walked off in the middle Warren helped put all the pieces back together and finish the job.
Now he's my go to contractor for jobs big and small.

O'Shea Builders were instrumental in helping us sell our house. On multiple occasions, they came in with very little notice and fixed various problems that came up when our house was on the market. Once under contract, we needed to replace a large section of the wood floors in our kitchen. For a very affordable price and without notice, they did a beautiful job on the repair which included matching new flooring to an old/worn wood floor. We can't wait to get started with them in our new house!
