We recently had to come to the painful terms one sometimes does with a 15 year old dog. Dr.C was incredibly compassionate and kind to us and Moose. He even facilitated a sweet treat for Moose before he closed his eyes. We sincerely appreciate how an extremely painful situation was handled by Medomak Vet. It can never be easy for the staff to go through this, they do it with respect and we are grateful.
So far experiences all good, have four cats and all were treated well during their annual appointments. Based on the decor, I have some concerns that this practice has a lean towards canines, but I did not see that at my appointments.
Great friendly helpful staff, that actually care about your pet. They have a lot of vets there, they are able to get you in for urgent appointments. After having bad experiences elsewhere, I trust the staff here, which is the most important thing for me. Also, the prices are really reasonable.
