Today was day 1 of my weight loss journey after taking my first shot last night. I was grocery shopping and something happened that honestly felt life changing. So I started my journey back in January of 2025 when I decided to take my weightloss step to better myself. I found Ashley and her team and decided to reach out. I was SO SO SO hesitant because I had seen and heard so many companies offer the same promises. So when I started I started on semaglutide. It was a cheaper option and I was like well why not there were the chances of side effects etc. But there is with everyrhing. I started and I lost about 30 lbs originally and then i hit a snag. My body decided to have me start a 6 week menstrual cycle which caused me to gain back 17 lbs. I got so discouraged .
