I went online to book a haircut, saw that I needed to call for that service and so I called. I got a woman who seemed unhappy to be at work, she curtly informed me that she didn’t know why the website said that and they only take walk-ins. Well, I drove 45 minutes and walked in, only to be told that their earliest appointment was 1.5 hours away. Nope, there was no crowd and she made me an appointment. I felt a little disappointed but I really needed a cut before the two funerals I would be attending this weekend. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because Stacy, the stylist who cut my hair, was sweet and did a great job! I’m so glad the other stylist went to lunch!

Stylist: Lori, she is a delightful person. Always answers questions with knowledge and makes suggestions that are useful. She is professional and courteous. I always use her fir my hair needs.

My kids and I always have a great time talking with the stylist. They listen to what you want and make sure you’re 100% happy before you leave. My son always wants “just a trim” on his very thick hair and the ladies there are very carful to check in on how much is being taken off and offer their ideas before they do anything. I’d trust them to cut my kids hair; without me being there and know it would be perfect!
