This is the first time in a few years that I've trusted going back to a Smartstyle location, and I'm glad that I did. They only have 3 stylists on right now, but my stylist was working solo when I went in. She had to stop about 5 or 6 times to answer the phone or tend to other customers in person, yet she was so attentive to me, the conversation didn't stop, she truly cared, and did exactly what I wanted with my hair with some great tips and advice for my hair type. I wish I'd gotten her name. Wasn't Laurie or Kerrianne, she was a newer young lady and she's absolutely fantastic. Thank you!

Ask for Laurie. She's has plenty of experience and skill. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget to tip your stylist. I want to make that note because these stylists depend on that as any service industry does. All her staff is fabulous. Stop in!
