The repair work required notching the existing woodwork to make the new toilet fit. Was great to be able have it completed in one service call rather than our finding someone else to handle that portion of the job. They also let us know that Kohler would send us free replacement parts for our ancient, leaking sink faucet handles. They could have easily told us we needed new faucets or expensive repair parts. It was so refreshing and nice to be informed of the Kohler warranty service, especially because I had a sentimental attachment to the old faucets. Work was seamless and timely and everything works great. We were glad to have their help and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.“
