Want that Quick Advice from a Builder extremely familiar with Maine climate and how different building techs react to the seasons. "Is this structure sound"? If you want a professional Opinion but don't want the detailed digging that comes with pages of reports and a typicaly large upfront cost. Prices start at $200 for average 1400 sq. ft. home for a walk around no special tools or ladders. If after initial inspection you want an indepth digging, requiring a return trip..that initial $200 will go towards credit for the next package of $550 and up.
