A great experience all around today! From checking in to checking out I felt very taken care of. Picking out frames with Mia was so much fun and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Cote who was very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Standish Maine Optometry!
The staff there were very polite and professional even though they had walked into work just hours before to a bit of a disaster. Their roof is being repaired and during the storm overnight rain got in and the staff scrambled to be up and running and they still were able to smile and make me feel comfortable.
This was my first appointment and from the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Very friendly and attentive. I received a very thorough eye exam. Then any and all questions I asked were answered in terms I understood. Never rushed.
