Overall, Isaacs & Associates is trusted for their expertise and excellent communication.
This was our first experience with Isaac and Associates. We are very pleased. We had a somewhat complicated return. Amy and Rebecca listened to us and went over our options to make everything seamless with the IRS and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them we’ll be using them for years to come… even with our simpler returns.
I started working with Isaac and Associates when they inherited my account from my former tax preparer, who I had trusted for years. My first experience was just okay, but I reached out to the owner, Rebecca, who quickly resolved my concerns and made things right. The following year, I decided to work directly with Rebecca's office, and the experience was seamless. Rebecca is impressive as both a leader and a hands-on professional; even as the owner, she’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She really provides everything you could want in tax preparation. Highly recommend!
