Very bad at scheduling, it's great to understand other peoples time but she is not understanding for your time and this is Emily not anyone else there no recent pictures of hair on any online presence and like I said just for Emily Lisa does great work has a big online presence and Taylor does great at nails don't waste your time cause that's all it is if your a new patient she will take ur time to give to a regular which what do you got for a shop without new patients and she does not follow protocol no later than 15 mins late I was 12 but she changed my appointment time a hour before then wanted to ask me if I wanted to reschedule um nope I like to go to professionals not good business practice

I get to my appointment half hour early. The owner Emily tells me my appointment isn't at 2:30 it's at 3:30. I showed her my text and she admitted she was wrong. I then had to wait 45 mins for her to finish a perm on another lady. That wasn't the worse. I told her I wanted bangs cut. I showed her two pictures of me with bangs so she could see the length and thickness I liked. She destroyed my hair. My bangs are thin and very uneven. A friend in another state who cuts hair said they look like a 5 year old cut them. I drove 45 mins to this appointment and it was a total disappointment.

I see Kim for massages and she is AMAZING! She truly has a gift for healing. 10/10 recommend! I haven't been there for nails or hair but the business is very clean and you can tell they take pride in the way it looks!
