Alan's Cut Above is the perfect spot for a friendly haircut experience. No overwhelming scents, just a pleasant atmosphere. Kids love it here too, with toys to keep them entertained during the haircut. Skilled stylists like Alicia make sure even the little ones leave happy and looking cute. Quick service, friendly staff, and great results - this place will be your new favorite for sure!
Update: we still continue to come here and have made friends with the staff here. Liz and the people there are awesome!
My son and I came here for the first time. The lady who cut our hair was very polite and did a great job. Small shop, but welcoming and clean. Price was very fair as well. We will definitely be back here and this will most likely be our new spot for us. Thanks Alan's Cut Above!
We continue to come back regularly now! Great place!
This is the place you are looking for. Friendly folks give you a good haircut. No bad smells like some places with too many scented products. I'm going back I'll look for you there.
This place was the best! I was visiting family in Skowhegan and we decided to get my little one’s haircut. I was very hesitant as all of his haircuts have been a very big ordeal. My son hates them. Except this time he didn’t! We had Alicia as our hair dresser and she had the cutest toys for my son to play with while she worked on his hair to distract him. She was patient and quick. We left with zero tears, a bunch of laughs, and his haircut is soooo cute! Will definitely be back.
