He called me back immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly determined that the odor source was not coming from the heat pump and possibly from an electrical appliance. “The Atlantic Heating Company team is the best!  During the first big snow storm this winter, I knew I needed a delivery.  The temps had already started to plummet but because I'm remote, I had no way of knowing if I had enough oil at the house to avoid a freeze.  I called to request a delivery but it was too late in the schedule for a delivery to my area, but they said they would see what they could do. Long story short, three people, two in the offices, and the delivery driver, made it happen.  The driver had to break off her route, drive to my area, make the delivery, then go back to finish the route. Talk about relief!  I can't thank them enough for the extra effort. Also, I've needed repair work done in the past, and I can tell you the tech team is also top notch.  What a great company!“
