I'm from out of town and was very appreciative when the technician replaced a lost screw on my prescription glasses( which was causing my lens to fall out.) She quickly replaced the screw at no charge & was super pleasant. Thank you again for the excellent service!
Janet at the Scarsborough Walmart Vision Center is the absolute GOAT! I was visiting from Vermont and accidentally sat in my glasses. Not only did she try to locate my frames over the phone but she also attempted to repair my glasses. While she was unable to do so (and the frame I had was no longer in production) we were able to locate a new frame that fit my lenses perfectly. She exchanged them right there and I left within 10 minutes. She was extremely kind and helpful! Give that woman a raise.
The best experience l purchased a pair of eye glasses today from your associate today his name isTodd he was so easy to talk with so friendly explained things to me so very well and also has a fun side about him.he also went out of his way to contact my eye Doctor to have them fax the new prescription over to them not once but twice he went above and beyond much appreciated Thanks once again
