This company was truly our saving grace during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. After our 5-year-old daughter became ill from mold exposure, we were forced to leave our home. In a stressful situation Rainbow made us feel heard and reassured everything was going to be okay. Not only did help show up quickly, each crew member was so kind and caring! They were so personable and knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all questions, evaluate items, took care in moving and setting up water damaged items. They got us on the better side of our flooded basement. Even when they came back to get their equipment I had just gotten home from dropping kids off at school and met them at the house. The wife and I would like to tell all that the crew of Rainbow are simply the best. we had a water line to the ice maker leak and left us in a kitchen and basement mess. Rainbow promptly removed and dried out every thing needed. The crew of 4 Austin, Nick, Joe, and Kevin were just great and professional. they all worked together and hard to resolve the problem and start to get us back to normal. a big Thank You goes out to the team. we would like to tell all we are very happy with Rainbow and recommend them 100%.
