Repaired a roof top hvac leak for a business I owned and had a new roof for a multi unit I own. All other companies wanted half the estimate price before job started for a new roof. He made suggestions without being pushy which I took. Shawn the owner didn’t ask for money before he started job and said he’ll accept payment when job is completed. After so many stories I’ve read over the years about people giving deposits and never see the contractor again, I went with Shawn and so glad I did. Very professional!! I highly recommend Purvis Roofing!!
Shawn was great, from coming out to giving us a quote and getting the job done timely. Stuck to original estimate and was very professional from start to finish. Will be definitely using Purvis for my next roofing project. Highly Recommend giving them a chance!!!
Customer service was the best I have ever experienced from a roofing contractor. Everything was ordered as requested, from the initial estimate Shawn Purvis did an excellent job fully outlining clearly the scope of our roofing tear off and replacement, as well as gutter install. The team had arrived promptly at 7:30 on a Monday, and finished our 3-story Victorian AND our 2 story, 2-car garage by 5:30 that same Tuesday. Watching the team work was unbelievable - they actually left our yard in better condition than when they had arrived. Patrick, the supervisor, was an absolute saint and even came back a few days after the project completion to go over any other questions...read full review
