I didn't buy anything but when I walked in there two gentlemen were very helpful. Very nice. Even answered my questions about hunting in the area. So if and when the day comes I need lumber. I will come to lumber liquidators

We have had incredible customer service from Norman at the Scarborough location. We started af Home Depot (didn't believe everything we heard) and then went in and talked to Norman. Smart, sensible, a great listener, he helped us navigate the information and the disinformation we were hearing. We bought our floors here (actually at a better price) and with much more support and honesty about possible issues (and how to prevent them). Thank you Norman!

I had a great experience with LL Flooring. Good selection, easy to work with sales folks. The installation went smoothly and the crew was helpful. Finally, the return of excess material was easy to do and the LL Flooring staff make it easy.
