It was December 29, when my first floor tenant (I live on the second floor) called me with a strange smell. At almost the same time, another tenant texted me about a smokey plume from my chimney. I called Jake Brown HVAC (my boiler service Co.) and got a response via text within minutes. Within another 30 minutes I had a tech here (CJ) making the necessary repairs and got me and 8 other tenants up and running again. Scheduled regular service a few weeks later. I’m extremely pleased with how fast their response time was, both via phone and repair service. I am all about service and Jake Brown HVAC - CJ and Jake, and office (wife ?), delivers!! Thanks!
