We had a new water treatment system setup including per-treatment on water for iron, manganese, etc... and running antiscalant before running our water through an RO machine. The team who installed it were upfront and professional throughout the install. Ethan came back the next day to finish a few things off and he was willing to go over every detail I asked about and was very professional and approachable. I feel confident moving forward that our water system will be more reliable than it was before Fontus. Note that I just had it installed, I will set a reminder to check in after a year and give an update on everything from my perspective.
