We have been a Dead River customer since we purchased our home in 2006. This whole time we have subscribed to the EasyCAP Plan. During our time with Dead River, service has been exemplary. Whenever we've needed service on our furnace, they have been there to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. We've not had to worry about scheduling deliveries or running out of fuel. Additionally, the service folks that have responded have always been pleasant, personable, professional and competent. Dead River was an excellent choice for our propane service. Corey and Anthony did an excellent job with the installation and stove conversation. If I could choose any installers it would be Corey and Anthony.

Had a quick and easy time switching from my previous propane provider to Dead River. Previous company was charging me $3.32 per gallon and claimed I should be happy with that price. Called Dead River and they said it should be $2.94 - pretty good savings. The account specialist Covell talked me through all my questions, patiently explained the process to switch, emailed back and forth with me, got my online account working. The techs who did the switch were fast, friendly, professional, easy to talk to. And the cherry on top was the 100 free gallon promotion, that was applied to my first delivery.
