The field rep came to inject my trees, but after walking my property and the road looking for nests he suggested treating only 1 of 12 trees. He was professional, courteous, and honest, and so was the office staff. Bartlett is truly a company of professionals who aim to do what is best for both the trees and the customers. It is truly a pleasure to work with them!
