I’m giving 3 stars because Michael and Abby give great cuts for long, curly hair and have for years. That’s another loss for me and a huge bummer.
I won’t call out the colorist by name. On the 25th I went to get a balayage and when I got home I realized the “blonde” came out very white and yellow with a huge yellow chunk on the top. I went in the next day to ask for it to be fixed because I was starting a new job and frankly hated it.. I was told by the owner they only had two on that day including herself but she could quickly tone it to get it closer to the reference pictures I had. I’ve been going to see Abby for almost a year now, and not only is she fantastic, but everyone in the salon makes me feel so welcome and included! Abby is fantastic, no matter what I ask, she’s ready to go and makes me feel as beautiful as possible! I recommend Abby to everyone I know! :)
I have been going to Zeryas for about a year now and seeing Abby Bell! She is absolutely phenomenal and one of the funniest people I have ever met. No matter what I go in with for an idea on my hair she exceeds my expectations. She is so friendly and truly takes the time to get to know her clients and goes above and beyond for them. I work a hectic schedule and she always find time for me. She truly blows me away with the level of care and expertise she puts into what she does. I added the two pictures I have on my phone and am still in love with both of these colors!
