My first time being in the salon, Nicole greeted me and served me right away. She cut my hair fantastically. Also there was a problem with the checkout machine to pay and I was not able to give her a tip, which was well Night deserved. I had no cash on me so I owe her double tip when I go back next time.
Requested style: She cute it to my liking
Tammy was really good. She fit me in, nicely, while timing a color. The cut came out really nice.
The other, 50ish, woman jumped-the-gun when I arrived and said she was positive I was her customer for a color. This upset me because I was there for a cut/style and Tammy was my scheduled expert. I felt she was saying I needed to color mine, even tho I choose to keep it with some gray. I wouldn't get in that other woman's chair, ever.
Requested style: Lots of layers and shorter.
Requested style: I spent time talking with Tammy about getting a perm. I've had them done for years and had a bad experience at a different salon. Tammy listen to my concerns, offered ideas, and suggestions. She was on time for my appointment. She was gentle on my hair and brought a positive upbeat atmosphere to the salon. I fell in love with my perm day 1. I've never had that happen. 3 days later I went back in for my trim. Perfect curls, I could not be happier. THANK YOU Tammy!
