The BEST veterinary practice around! All staff members are personable, knowledgeable, kind, and obviously love our pets like their own. I feel very welcomed there and the fact I can text any non-emergency questions instead of calling is very convenient. About four months ago they got my 5 month old puppy in right away after he was deathly sick from ingesting a wild mushroom and started the process of saving his life before I brought him to the emergency vet. Frankie survived, and I am forever grateful. Ten out of ten, highly recommend!!!
They always get my fur babies in for appointments and they try really hard to work around my work schedule which is so helpful. They made a day surgery appointment so easy. My cat Scooter needed anesthesia to have a blockage from his ear removed. They took such great care of him and called me as soon as he was awake and called the next day to check on him. I highly recommend The Ridge for exceptional care!!
Fantastic experience, with a great staff. Dr. Sylvie Epper-Scrivner was everything we were hoping in a Vet! She was very upbeat, kind, and personable. They all gave a great 1st interaction with our dog Ezra. Highly recommended.
