I called Kristen Lanes office with a tax question on behalf of my real estate client. Although we have no previous relationship, I was provided the answer I was looking for. It was nice of them to go out of their way to help me despite not knowing me. I will gladly refer business to her office ?
I'm not done with my taxes yet.. I literally just called this company but they were one of the only places that actually answered and the woman that took my info was really kind and I have a good feeling about doing my taxes here. We shall see. But so far, my experience has been positive.
Kristen has exceeded every expectation we had for an accountant. I went to her for assistance filing taxes for my late father, and we now use her for our company taxes as well. We have had terrible experiences with a prior accountant and she has been able to help detangle the mess we had from them. Her ability to communicate in a timely manner, no matter the day, knowledge and professionalism has been top notch. She has made a complicated, stressful situation easy.
