Ok, update, the same day I posted the previous review I got a text from Gammon's saying that the owner was going to try to come by to take a look. He arrived that evening around 7:30pm, very pleasant man, very sorry to hear about the things that had happened in the past as he was apparently unaware. I apologized that he had to come out so late and his reply was "I am a business owner that what is what I do". He discovered that there was a refrigerant leak and then said he would return the next day as he did not have the tools to fix it with him. Ben Malloy, Caleb Chambers, and electrician Chad Schoppa were very knowledgeable and professional! Justin Lamore was very helpful in the early process of our decision making. Lastly, I love the ease of communication with this company and the ease of going through the financing process.
Excellent installation and services provided by Gammon's Fyxify on February 9, 2024. I had a mini-split installed to the 2nd floor. The two installers Ben and Caleb, and Chad the electrician arrived within the scheduled time. After showing them the exterior and interior installation sites and electric panel they promptly started work. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions and concerns. While Chad was working in the basement he noticed a leak coming from the "expansion tank" and an ever growing pool of water on the floor.
