I had to do a roof and chimney inspection for my insurance company. The communication beforehand was excellent. Justin arrived on time and spent 45 minutes looking over my roof and chimney. He gave me an honest and fair assessment of what needed to be done professionally, what I could do myself, and what could wait. He gave me a fair estimate for the work and I will be scheduling the work for this fall. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
Justin presented thorough explanation of the work he would perform to meet my roofing needs including a quote, which turned out to be right on the money when finished. He used to of the line materials and created an overhang on the edges to prevent capillary action preventing water from dripping down the edges, a common problem with traditional roofing. He did some complimentary work to seal around a chimney and took down some branches that weren't part of the original quote. He uses very modern equipment to Bayview debris and keep discarded material of the ground.
