I came across the sponsored add on my newsfeed and sent a message to see if Derek could come over and see what’s going on with my furnace/HWBB system. Me being a new homeowner and not knowing anything about heating I’ve ignored the fact only half my house heats up and dealt with it. Derek messaged me back within minutes and was at my front door within 20!! He looked at the furnace and piping and fixed my issue within 5 minutes. I feel like an idiot because it was an easy fix and mix up on my part but I am blown away that he rushed over here to help me out right away. He was so helpful and nice! I recommend him 1000% and will definitely do service with him again in the future.
