To say we were impressed would be an understatement; the entire experience was outstanding. ​Beyond the beautiful accommodations and views, the service we received was second to none. We both scheduled massages, and therapists Tammy and Margo provided what we both agree were the best treatments we have ever experienced. Their thoughtfulness and care were deeply appreciated. We also enjoyed an exceptional dinner on-site, where the food was fantastic and our waiter, Kai, provided excellent, attentive service. Finally, meeting your General Manager, Connie, before our departure was a pleasure. I would have loved to have joined her but there weren't any other staff present which was disappointing. All in all, the facility is beautiful, clean, comfortable and MacKenzie is a GEM.
