Customers describe the company as a pleasure to deal with. One customer came to assess storm damage the same day at 6:30pm, gave a price, and did the work within a week. The crew was here one day and then gone, with no mess and no damage, and the roof looks great. Another customer called the crew efficient, well organized, and hard working. They finished a big old Victoria house with an attached barn, stripped the old slate roof, in two days, and the customer called the workmanship amazing and highly recommended the company.

The Green Leaf crew replaced the roofs on both a barn and house in a day, and both were still looking good after the last winter. They were efficient and left the property as clean as possible, at what the customer considered a fair price. The owner also advised how to get a partial refund from the original shingle manufacturer, IKO Industries Inc, whose product failed in half the stated time. One customer was disappointed, however, that no one from management arrived with the crew in the morning to discuss how the job was to be done, or were on the site at the end of the job to discuss how well the job had been done.

Another customer was grateful and appreciative of the Green Leaf crew for re-shingling the roof, and said the product and clean up was wonderful and the experience excellent. One customer said the crew did an amazing job on the roofs, and the house and barn were both finished in one long day. The crew worked together very skillfully, like watching a precision high wire act at the peak of the barn and cupola, and cleanup was professional as well. This customer highly recommended the company.
